1. How do I upgrade from Tier A (Lite) to Tier B (Elite) membership?

You can automatically upgrade to Tier B (Elite) by meeting either of the following spending requirements:

• Spend more than HKD$1,000 within 365 days.

• Spend more than HKD$500 within 60 days.

2. What are the core exclusive benefits of being an Elite member?

As an Elite member, you unlock premium perks that offer much more value than the Lite tier on birthday, including:

• Exclusive Cash Vouchers & Discounts: Access special reward bundles such as:

• HKD$10 cash voucher + 100 free points + 20% off

• Extended Validity: Your member points will be valid for 2 years (compared to 1 year for Lite members).

3. How long are my points and redeemed vouchers valid?

Your Elite membership extends the validity of your accumulated points to 2 years. However, please note that once you redeem points for a cash voucher (e.g., HKD$5 or HKD$10 discount vouchers), the voucher is only valid for 10 days from the day of redemption.

4. How long is the Elite membership valid, and how do I maintain it?

The Elite tier membership is valid for 1 year (365 days).

• To maintain: Simply spend more than HKD$100 within 365 days to renew your Elite status for another year.

• Downgrade: If you spend less than HKD$100 within 365 days, your account will be downgraded back to Tier A (Lite).

5. How does the referral program reward me?

When you successfully refer a friend to Bellaura, you will be rewarded with a Free sample (subject to stock availability) and an extra 100 free points.

• Terms & Conditions: Referral rewards are issued only after your referee has completed their first spending.
